Returns


We accept returns only under the following conditions:


- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

- The item is unused and in its original packaging


We do not accept returns for:


- Change of mind

- Wrong size or color chosen by the customer (unless we sent the wrong item)

- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery


Refunds


Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund yet:


1. Check your bank account again

2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before it is officially posted)

3. Contact your bank


If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Order Issues


If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.


Shipping Returns
